Education: Minimum Graduate
Monday to Friday : 10 am to 7 pm (All Saturday half day)
Job Location: Thane Waghle estate
Years of experience: 1+ year
Roles:
- Identifying & Generating Prospects of New clients Marketing the Services of Transient HR to Corporate Clients, Developing Strong Client relationship & New Business Development
Ensuring Client Satisfaction and Retention
- Supporting the Business Development Manager with the Marketing & BD Activities
- Sometimes needs to accompany the BD Manager to visit the clients
- Supervising schedule of BD Manager
- Answering client emails & phone calls
- Preparing reports in MS Excel, maintaining excel records
- Preparing client agreements and co-ordinate with clients for payment collection
Candidate Requirement :
- Strong email drafting skills
- Good Computer Skills
- Able to work independently
- Good communication skill / initiative and analytical skill
