Roles & Responsibility :
1. Experience 0-1 years.
2. Primarily focus on Business Development & Client Mining activities as a part of daily routine.
3. Work directly with co-founders.
4. Should have strong communication and negotiation skills.
5. Responsible for customer satisfaction and Demand fulfilment
6. Involve in high-level Client Discussions and provide insight into the Market Research data/ findings in terms of various industry verticals/sectors' growth potential, resources availability, niche skills combinations, average compensation in the current market and the prevailing conditions.
7. BD Activities - Lead Generation Through Cold Calling, Mass Mailing, Social Media, LinkedIn, Naukri, & high-level references.
8. Qualify the leads and contact them for discussion accordingly.
- Relationship building with the existing client and also New Business Development.
