The Job :

- Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior/Junior Executive of Business Development to join the team. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the organization by expanding the client base and securing new business opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include :

- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve organizational goals, expand market reach, and drive revenue growth.

- Prepare and present compelling proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the products/services, value proposition, and competitive advantage.

- Engage in effective negotiation with clients, leveraging your persuasive abilities to reach mutually beneficial agreements and secure new business opportunities.

- Set ambitious sales targets and actively work towards meeting and exceeding them. Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.

- Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, identifying their evolving needs, and exploring opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

- Take a proactive approach to engage with clients, arrange meetings, and participate in negotiations to successfully close deals within specified timeframes.

- Collaborate with internal teams, to align business development strategies, enhance product offerings, and ensure seamless execution of client projects.

- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build a strong professional network, increase brand visibility, and identify partnership opportunities.

- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends providing insights and recommendations.

- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.

- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions.

- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.

- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.

- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

Ideal Candidate :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

- Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in business development, sales or a related role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals. Experience in the training industry is highly desirable.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and deliver engaging presentations.

- Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to influence and convince clients.

- Proven ability to set ambitious targets and consistently meet or exceed them. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify obstacles and develop effective strategies.

- Excellent understanding of business principles, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.

- Highly self-driven with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly to changing business needs.

- Willingness to travel as needed to visit clients, and attend meetings, and industry events.

- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales.

- Experience within would be a strong advantage.

- Experience in Professional Services would be a strong advantage.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments

- You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
