- Candidate is responsible to visit students/parents at their place or appointed locations and pitch the courses offered by the company.

- 6 months to 5 yrs of experience as Sales / Business Development in Education / Training mandatory

- Already working as Team Lead/Manager or above are not eligible

- Excellent English skills - Ability to Speak, Read & Write

- Fluent Hindi skills - Ability to Speak

- Candidate should be on current and ready for Individual level role.

- Must be willing to join immediately or within 15 days

- Absconded or Terminated from other companies are not eligible

Job Description : 

- Develop and maintain strategic long term trusting relationships with high volume customers to accomplish organic growth.

- Communicate company products and services via F2F meetings and also build relationships in order to uncover prospect needs.

- Document and update CRM with daily activities as required.

- Achieve weekly and monthly goals.

- Be a self-starter and pro-active; identify and act on opportunities for improvement.

- Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional.

- Remain knowledgeable about all organization's products and services to facilitate sales efforts.

- Completing input numbers on a daily basis and taking up revenue responsibility.

- To research and analyze the customer's requirements and present the best solutions.

- Keep abreast of Extramarks latest offerings and best practices.

- Research key customer wants and needs.
