Education : 

- Graduation degree mandatory

- Undergraduate/Result Awaited/Dropouts/Diploma holders are strictly not eligible

- Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.)/Post Graduate Diploma in Management (P.G.D.M.) preferred

Experience : 

- 6 months to 5 yrs of experience as Sales / Business Development mandatory

- Already working as Team Lead/Manager or above are not eligible

- Excellent candidates from other industries can be taken

- Freshers with Excellent communication and selling skills are eligible

- Experienced candidates must have a minimum of 3 Lacs revenue generation records (Per Month)

- Experience in Education / Training preferred

Job Description : 

- Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume customers to accomplish organic growth.

- Communicate company products and services via F2F meetings and also build relationships in order to uncover prospect needs.

- Document and update CRM with daily activities as required.

- Achieve weekly and monthly goals.

- Be a self-starter and proactive; identify and act on opportunities for improvement.

- Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional.

- Remain knowledgeable about all organization's products and services to facilitate sales efforts.

- Completing input numbers on a daily basis and taking up revenue responsibility.

- To research and analyze the customer's requirements and present the best solutions.

- Keep abreast of Extramarks latest offerings and best practices.

- Research key customer wants and needs.

- Due to Pandemic candidate will be responsible for interacting with the client online

- For Freshers salary will be between 3 LPA to 4.50 LPA
