Executive - Business Development - Education (1-7 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities-
- Make outbound calls to leads provided & understanding their career up-skilling needs, and recommending appropriate courses.
- Meet revenue targets consistently in alignment with team and organizational goals
- Actively seek opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to existing customers
- Utilize the existing customer base to generate referrals and expand the sales pipeline
- Ensure thorough documentation of all customer interactions .
- Possess working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, etc.
- Manage end-to-end support activities for assigned leads, from pre-sales to post-sales
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
- Maintain a consistent track record of achieving revenue targets
- Gain insights into customer requirements in assigned geographical areas and contribute to product portfolio improvement based on customer feedback
