Executive - Business Development - Education (1-2 yrs)

- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to expand our business by engaging with colleges, promoting our product, securing training sessions, and establishing good connections with various colleges and educational institutes. Job also includes identifying and penetrating new markets to drive our company's growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for expanding business opportunities.

Identify Target Colleges : Research and identify colleges and educational institutions that align with our target market and business objectives.

Build and Maintain Relationships : Develop and nurture relationships with college administrators, department heads, and key decision-makers to generate interest in our product and secure training sessions.

Conduct Presentations and Pitches : Deliver compelling presentations and pitches to college stakeholders, highlighting the value and benefits of our product. Effectively communicate how our product addresses their specific needs and challenges.

Expand Business Opportunities : Proactively identify and pursue new markets and segments where our product can be introduced and establish a strong market presence.

Market Research : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to formulate effective strategies for expanding our business reach.

Collaborate with Internal Teams : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align business development efforts with organizational goals and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

Achieve Sales Targets : Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals through effective prospecting, lead generation, and sales conversion.

Maintain CRM and Reporting : Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track leads, opportunities, and progress. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts.

Represent the Company : Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote our product and create networking opportunities.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

Experience : Maximum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the education or technology sector. Demonstrated success in driving business growth and securing partnerships is highly desirable.

- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.

- Ability to identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.

- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

- Ability to leverage market insights to develop effective business strategies.

- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Willingness to travel extensively to colleges and attend industry events, as required.
