Responsibilities :

Prospecting and Lead Generation :

- Identify potential clients through market research and targeted outreach.

- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and networking.

Client Acquisition :

- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand the customer base.

- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Relationship Building :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.

- Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions.

Sales Strategy :

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

- Set and achieve sales targets and objectives.

Market Intelligence :

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

- Provide feedback to the team on market demands and customer preferences.

Proposal and Contract Negotiation :

- Prepare and present proposals to clients, outlining the benefits of products or services.

- Negotiate terms and conditions to secure favorable agreements.

Reporting and Analysis :

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

Customer Feedback :

- Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance products or services.

- Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Collaboration :

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- Proven track record in business development or sales.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
