The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Identifying new customers, while managing existing portfolio of key accounts, in order to achieve & exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Following up on leads and conducting research on target clients to close new business opportunities.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.
- Coordinating with pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
The Profile :
- Prior experience in Direct Sales or related roles would be advantageous.
- Experience within Professional Services and Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) would be a strong advantage.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
- You are willing to undertake up to 30% travel.
