Headquartered in San Francisco, California ,the Company has been operational since 2018 and specializes in game development, coding, gaming. The mission is to support gaming industry enthusiasts globally by helping them land jobs in their dream studios. Over the past years, we have upskilled hundreds of working professionals and students and placed them in 50+ Global companies.
Job Role :
Business Development Executive (Full-time)
Location - Central Delhi (Onsite)
Working days - 6 days a week
What we are looking for:
- BDEs willing to work full-time with usSomeone with prior internship or full-time
- Sales experience is an added advantage
- Street-smart candidates with strong sales and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities- :
- Initiate telephonic conversations with candidates interested in Outscal's programs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
- Identify and assess customer needs to provide customized and effective solutions
- Coordinate pre- and post-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Must Haves:
- Ability to work efficiently under high-pressure situations.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Street-smart attitude, balancing hard work with smart strategies.
Good to have:
- Familiarity with technical terminology.
- Self-motivated with a proactive learning attitude and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.Ability to explain complex products simply and effectively.
Qualification and Experience: Fresher /Graduates with 0 to 6 month experience
Compensation & Benefits :
- The initial 3 months will be the probation period.
- 25K fixed in hand ( 3 LPA) + 30K incentives(Subject to If He/she gets 15 L sales in a month).
- Post-probation salary will be revised - Upto 4.5L ( fixed )+ uncapped incentives
