Executive - Business Development - Education (0-1 yrs)
We are currently seeking a Business Development Executive with exceptional English writing skills to join our team. This role primarily involves maintaining client relations and communication through written formats such as email and chat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing client relationships through effective written communication.
Key Responsibilities :
- Use excellent written English skills to craft compelling and professional communication through emails, chats, and other written formats to maintain and develop client relationships.
- Engage with clients through written communication, addressing inquiries, providing information about products or services, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the other teams to ensure consistent communication strategies and uphold client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve written communication processes to enhance client experiences.
- Work to retain and expand client relationships through proactive and personalized written interactions.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Minimum Bachelor's degree required with School education in English medium.
- Exceptional English writing skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to tailor communication to different audiences.
- Proficiency in email etiquette, chat platforms, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively through written communication.
