Executive - Business Development - eCommerce (2-4 yrs)

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development professional to extend our client's global reach through expert discovery and exploration of new and untapped business opportunities and relationships. Highly skilled at sales and business operations, this person will join and inspire a team of like-minded go-getters to achieve our company vision.

Objectives of this Role :

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

- Promote the company's products/solutions addressing or predicting clients- objectives.

- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.

- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Skills and Qualifications

- Proven working experience of at least 3 years as a business development executive, sales executive or a relevant role.

- Experience in customer support is a plus.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Proficiency in English and market knowledge.

- Communication and negotiation skills.

- Time management and planning skills

- MBA in business administration, sales or relevant field.
