Executive - Business Development - eCommerce (1-4 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead Generation through online and offline channels

- Rigorous calling on the leads provided to set up face-to-face meetings with society association personnel in the city

- Onboard the society for the subscription of services

- Customer management to create interest in products and services and generate new business and arrange meetings

- Do at least 30-40 calls daily to set up meetings

- Plan and execute 5-6 face-to-face meetings daily

- Diligently communicating and priming the lead through calls/messages.

- Intensely following up on the calls and meetings

- Review and maintain weekly/fortnightly/monthly sales tracker

- Revenue generation from the existing clients

- Handling post sales queries and navigating them to the concerned department

- Should be flexible in terms of work timings based on business requirements

- Liaison between the clients and internal teams for various concerns, wherever required

Required Candidate profile

- This is a 6 day working role with a weekday off in a calendar week. Candidates should be comfortable with compulsory Sat-Sun working.

- Local Candidates preferred. Knowledge of local language will be a plus

- Should have own 2-wheeler and internet connectivity

- Exceptional communicator and influencer who can deliver on the sales pitch.

- Result-driven with experience of extremely target centric job

- Hands-on experience with MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
