Job description :

Any degree with 1 - 5 years of experience in Direct Sales in any of the these industries- Pharma, Insurance, Finance & Banking, FMCG, Product, Hospitality, Service Industry, Automobile, Tours& Travel.

- Must be willing to work on Sundays with Weekly off on Tuesdays.

- Must be willing to travel and meet customers or Channel Partners.

- Computer savvy

- Must have Good English & Telugu speaking skills and knowledge of other languages would an added advantage.

- Salary: Upto 30 K + Lucrative Incentives

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Senior sales Executive Builds business by identifying and selling prospects Meeting up clients, channel partners & giving presentation/ demo about our real estate projects.

2. Following up leads, planning & scheduling meetings when required.

3. Identifying business opportunities by studying the prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

4. Maintains relationships with clients and channel partners by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.

5. Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relations Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors in Residential Real Estate of Hyderabad.

6. Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results/ set goals as required.

7. Managing marketing material for example, brochures, leaflets, posters, website content and others.

8. Organizing & attending events such as conferences, seminars & exhibitions. Preparing Reports, drawing analysis and presenting to the management.

9. Able to generate new leads through channel/Agents in real estate and convert them into sale.

10. Able to meet channel partners and empanel as per the monthly

11. Motivate the channel partners/achieve the sales

12. Follow up each lead and convert it into sales.

13. Should have strong experience in sales closure.

14. Updating all necessary information in the ERP

15. Should be a Go Getter, Team Leader and Target Oriented

16. Always Customer Focused with good Analytical Skills

17. Should be aggressive with excellent communication skills

18. Adaptive to work on weekend / rapidly changing circumstances
