- We are a Digital Marketing agency and we are currently hiring for a BDM profile.
The Job
Responsibilities :
- Increasing revenues
- Growth in terms of business expansion
- Increasing profitability by building strategic partnerships and making strategic business decisions
- Responsible for prospecting, identifying, and developing the business with the new customers
- Preparing commercials for prospective clients based on the business offering in consultation with the project manager
- Introduce the new client to the operations team and assist the operations team to work for the new client
Competitor analysis : Should be aware of the work being done by the competition and come up with the strategies to acquire those accounts
- Providing client/market feedback with the management
- Ability to identify the client needs and decide the deliverables for the same
- Should be self driven, target oriented and passionate
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required :
Qualification : Graduation in any steam
Experience : 0-5 years
Experience Required : B2B Sales and Lead Generation
- Experience within Area Sales and National Sales would be a strong advantage.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
