Job Profile Overview :

- We are looking for a resilient, empathic business development executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging existing clients to share their employer branding requirements with us .Ultimately, an outstanding business development executive will keep a close eye on clients feedback to ensure that our services always exceed expectations.

Duties & Responsibilities :

- Familiarizing yourself with all services offered by our company.

- Able to communicate with the HR or L&D Department of corporates.

- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, cold calling and data mining.

- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

- Suggesting upgrades or added services that may be of interest to clients.

- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements :

- Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.

- Extensive B2B sales experience.

- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.

- Great networking skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.

- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.

- Emboldened by challenges.

CTC : Maximum 6 LPA

Age : Maximum 35 Years

Experience : 2-4 Years Relevant Experience IN Extensive B2B Sales Experience, Networking Skills, Excellent Communication Skills, Good Customer Relationship Experience, Lead Generation & Business Development Experience
