We are hiring for an institute which bring with an Idea to develop the solution for small and medium size Healthcare industry. When every startup in IT industry were trying their fortune in BFSI sector, these visionary decides to develop a complete solution for the unorganized healthcare industry which have been deeply rooted in urban India.

The Job

Role & Responsibilities :

- Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.

- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.

- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.

- Escalating customer feedback as required.

Ideal Candidate

Requirements :

- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the IT Services industry.

- Experience covering Professional Services is strong plus.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
