Job Overview : Looking for a dynamic personality with proven record of Corporate or B2B Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.

- Conducting market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers.

- Creating and implementing business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

- Negotiating and closing deals to secure new business contracts.

- Collaborating with other departments to ensure successful project execution.

- Monitoring and analyzing industry trends, competition, and market changes.

- Reporting on business development activities and results to senior management.

Requirement :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Candidates who have worked as Key Account Managers, Corporate Sales for CSR / HR Services / Developed big revenues with any other industry.

- Strong understanding of market dynamics and business principles.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain successful business relationships.

- Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

- Willingness to travel for business purposes.

Performance Metrics :

- Revenue generated through new business deals.

- Number of successful business partnerships established.

- Expansion into new markets or segments.

- Achievement of sales and growth targets
