Responsibilities :
1. Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets through conversion, and client acquisition.
2. Engage with clients through calls, demos, providing them with a compelling experience over calls
3. Drive revenue by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities and own the complete sales cycle.
4. Build and nurture strong client relationships by conducting Career Counselling to prospective leads, providing solutions, and demonstrate how the product/service addresses their challenge.
5. Stay informed about market trends by attending sales meetings to adapt sales strategies for optimal performance and market relevance.
