Executive - Business Development - Corporate Gifting (2-4 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :
- To promote Company's products to corporate in the assigned territory by using sales and marketing tools.
- To generate sales for Scientific and other corporate gift items by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
- Achieve individual targets and grow account profitability, while maintaining a high service standard and compliance
- Develop prospective customer, identify needs, understand the brand and industry, competitors and visit them to explain our products, present demos
- Take responsibility of New/Existing Clients
- Maintain relationships with existing clients by providing support, information and guidance on timely basis.
- Working in allocated zone
- Recording client feedback, market information (If any)
- Maintaining periodic status reports, activity report and calls / follow- ups reports.
- Answers/ reroutes all client queries, gathers market and client information, researches and analyses sales option and behaves in a way that is compliant with company guidelines and policies, especially those relating to ethics and codes of conduct.
- Explains and coordinates with production team for sampling of products as per clients' briefs.
- With client/s and factory to ensure timely logistics and delivery and to eliminate delays and resolve complaints, if any.
- Coordinates with production and ensures successful completion of job/s undertaken.
- Coordinates with accounts team for timely billing of the Invoice.
- Engages with the management actively in new product development areas.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Minimum education qualification required is Graduate in any field
- Someone who has 2-3 years of experience in corporate sales would be an added advantage.
- Candidate must have good communication skills and inclination towards B2B Sales.
- Advanced sales and relationship management skills.
- Ability to negotiate deals, along with the ability to interact with people at various levels of the organization and outside environment.
- Able to offer prompt service and support to the clients either in person or via telephone calls and emails.
- Able to initiate process and execute the projects / orders taken from clients
- Proficiency in English and Hindi languages.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Advanced presentation and reporting.
- Strong negotiation skills.
