Executive - Business Development - Construction & Interior Design Business (5-7 yrs)
We are hiring for one of the leading company.
Locations: Mumbai / Delhi / Hyderabad / Bangalore
Qualification: Any Graduate
No. of experience required: 5 - 7 years relevant in same industry
Role and Responsibilities:
- Meet the quarterly and annual Sales target
- Visiting, Architects, Builders, Consultants, Turnkey Contractors, Interior designers, Dealers etc.
- Educating about our Product to Architects, Contractors, Consultants
- Suggesting the required modifications. Giving Presentations about our company & the various quality products manufactured by us.
- Building a rapport with the Architects, Corporate, Turnkey consultants and getting Sales orders
- Formulating various tender packages along with techno commercial evaluations of the tenders
- Providing quotations, Providing Catalogues, Samples, Getting samples approved from the concerned person
- Liaise with various Architects, Clients for obtaining various approvals & clearances
- Negotiations, Follow up for the Orders,Getting Product specified, etc
- Providing quotation and explaining to client, Getting PO, advance.
- Constantly monitor & report on progress of projects to Clients /Architects, Sales person.
- Co-ordinate & work with sub-contractors to maintain installation schedule & quality.
- Customer relationship management and MIS reports for monitoring.
- Payment follows up.
- Discussion of Payment terms, disputes settling & other important matters
