Executive - Business Development BTL Marketing/B2C Sales - Real Estate (1-2 yrs)
- Reporting to the Business Development Manager of the respective region / Location
- Identify, develop & manage strategic tie ups with apartment complexes to grow the business.
- Working as per the B2C sales plan, acquire customers by driving BTL Activities with the objective of onboarding customer in the system (APP download & Wallet recharge)
- Confidence, commitment and passion to solve business challenges and deliver consistently.
- Get involved in the community focused launch plan of the company's services.
- Develop visibility and contacts in the community & apartment associations. Work involves everyday visits to Apartment Complexes for a major portion of work hours, Promoting platform (Internet / App).
- Work may involve door to door campaigns or pamphlet distribution, where situation demands or permits (May not be applicable during Covid 19 restrictions)

Having two-wheeler and DL is mandatory.
