Executive - Business Development - BFSI (2-7 yrs)
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to grow our customer base and boost business expansion. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and experienced in building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and explore new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Establish and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals with potential clients.
- Create and present business proposals and sales pitches.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory
- Preference for local candidates
- Age limit: 24 to 38 years
