Duties of the FOS :
- Should have the financial sales background.
- With good communication skill.
- Handling merchant/dealer & client queries and maintain relationship.
- Maintain a healthy coordination between merchant/dealer and managers.
- Identify new opportunities and continues business enhancement.
- Should be confident, energetic, organized and resilient, as even the most accomplished salespeople face rejection on a regular basis.
- Identifying new sales leads.
- Pitching products and/or services.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
- Socially adept.
- Good with numbers.
Educational Requirements - 12th pass or Graduate in any field.
- Android mobile compulsory.
- Bike will be preferred though not mandatory.
- Will be allotted 4-5 stand alone electronics stores within 3kms radius.
- Job profile is to meet footfalls & convert customers to avail Kissht EMI card thereby preparing files.
- Relevant experience of 6 months to 1 year min.
- Net salary around 11 to 13k max. plus travelling allowance of 1.5-2k per month.
- Eligible for incentives if crosses 30 files a month. Can earn incentive in the range of 7 to 10k.
- Should be presentable, with good communication skills & customer oriented.
