Job Description :
- Should market H1B Consultant of our company and place them in different projects in he US market. Will be responsible for Bench sales.
- Framing different search strategies (marketing cycle) according to the consultant resume and market our H1B employees in the US market
- Will be following the complete marketing cycle to place the H1B employees
- Doing cold call and email campaigning to vendors and make sure the candidate is submitted to the client.
- Coordinating with the consultant in order to schedule a call between the vendor and the candidate to get the candidates resume submitted for the applied job.
- Follow-up with vendor for the interview schedule and co-ordinate for the same with consultant
