Our client is a beauty and wellness startup that aims to standardize the beauty services in the country. The startup is transforming medium-scale beauty service providers with quality training, branding and digitalizing business operations.

The innovative tech startup empowers the small players in the beauty space to be able to quickly adapt to the ever-changing trends and make their presence known by bringing them under an umbrella brand. Based on the franchise model, the startup is set to grow rapidly and has a clear road-map to success.

The brains behind the tech startup are two serial entrepreneurs with immense professional experience with MNCs. The duo founded the startup with mindset of combining beauty services with technology in order to serve the customer better.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be scouting potential tie-up partners, establish partnerships and develop client relationships.

What you will do:

- Identifying potential clients by visiting various salons.

- Being a part of senior management meetings to understand and suggest changes in process

- Working with the founders to understand the market and competition better

- Establishing a strong relationship with the clients

- Ensuring appropriate branding is carried out at the salons and oversee the standard are maintained

- Generating leads and meeting the owners of the salons

- Researching and building relationships with new clients while maintaining relationships with old clients

- Overseeing that regular training sessions are held for the client


- Resolving customer and business issues, performing root cause analysis, and driving solutions.

Candidate Profile :

What you need to have :

- Experience of 1 to 2 years in field sales and client interaction

- Familiar with the beauty and wellness industry

- Excellent interpersonal skills and fluent in conversation

- Flexible for local travel and have aggressive sales approach

- Startup mentality, high willingness to learn, and hardworking.

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Annual CTC: Rupees 3,50,000 to 4,00,000
