- Inculcate product as well as effective training to the advisors by guiding them to client meetings.

- Recruit Insurance Advisers and Give Motivation, Suggestions, Lead Generation, and advice.

- Takes major decisions for his team.

- Meet the targets through cold calling and events and local surveys.

- Meet the company expectation through activities, company leaders, or personal resources.

- Increased customer retention by effectively servicing customer needs.

- Recruitment and improvement of quality advisors.

- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value propositions.

- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

Candidate Requirements :

- Experience: Min. 2 Years in Field Sales/Marketing

- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits

- Age: 21 to 37 years

- Education: Any Graduation

- Candidate: Local Candidate

- Good Communication skills
