Executive - Business Development - Banking (1-4 yrs)

Job Description:

- To find new leads.

- Research and identify new business opportunities.

- Maintain good working relationships with customers.

- Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.

- To acquire customers for Current Account, Savings Account Products of the bank, from a pool of potential individuals, small businesses, trusts associations, societies, and corporates.

- To achieve and deepen business volume and numbers.

- To cross-sell TPP like Insurance, Gold, Locker, FD, Asset Products, etc.

- To retain customers through efficient customer service till three months of acquisition when accounts are handed over to RO.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience: Min. 1+ Years in Field Sales and Marketing

- CTC: Up to 2.75//3.50 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits

- Job Type: Full Time-On Roll

- Age: 21 to 38 years

- Education: Any Graduation

- Candidate: Local Candidate

- Good Communication Skill
