Opening position for Business development executive
Roles and Responsibilities :
1) Assisting customers in sale of a range of financial products on phone.
2) Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy.
3) Meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically.
4) Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
5) Understanding customer requirement and closing sales.
6) Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication.
- 70% office work and 30% field work
ONLY MALE CANDIDATE ARE REQUIRED
Position requirement:
- Graduate, freshers and experience can apply
- Experience of sales is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills required in hindi, english
- Should have bike and license
- Immediate joiners
Schedule:
9 hours working day shift
6 days working and 1 rotational week off
Salary:
- 23k to 25k in hand with unlimited incentives
- 250 for petrol allowances for field work
