Executive - Business Development - B2B Sales - Startup

- We are hiring for the role of "Business Development Executive" with a fastest growing Internet Startup client based in Gurgaon. Please find below mentioned job description :

Position : Business Development Executive - B2B Sales

Location : Gurgaon

- 5 days working week.

What You will Be Doing ?

- This is the role for a hunter. You will be our customer facing brand ambassador, empowered to reach out to clients old and new, and pitch them our innovative and exciting solutions.

You will be required to :

- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's reach.

- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.

- Schedule Customer Calls, Execute Follow-ups effectively on new leads and existing Accounts.

- Look for avenues to upsell product/service offerings.

- Document Customer interactions and Discovery Calls

- Writing business proposals and Negotiating with stakeholders

- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

What You Need To Have ?

- Exceptional command over written & spoken English

- The job will involve extensive interactions with potential clients especially with executives from the corporate world

- Proactive & a self-starter nature to identify leads & ensure appropriate action towards conversion into actual sales

- Proven record of having performed in high-pressure situations

- Ability to work under strict deadlines & targets [this will be similar to the ability to chase-down 200+ targets in T20 cricket]

- A goal chaser mentality where you are driven and find innovative ways to meet your monthly/quarterly targets
