Job role - Business Development Executive

Immediate joiners required

Responsibilities :

Sales Generation : Actively engage in B2B sales activities to schools, conducting product presentations.

Relationship Building : Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools, such as principals, administrators, and teachers, to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions.

Product Knowledge : Gain in-depth knowledge of our products or services and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and competitive advantages to schools.

Needs Assessment : Conduct thorough needs assessments for schools to identify areas where our products or services can add value and provide appropriate recommendations.

Customer Relationship Management : Build long-term relationships with schools, provide excellent customer service, and address any queries or concerns promptly.

Sales Reporting : Prepare regular sales reports, including sales activities, achievements, and forecasts, for management review.

Requirements :

Education : Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience : Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education sector or selling to schools.

Sales Skills : Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling product presentations and build rapport with school representatives.

Relationship Building : Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions.

Self-Motivation : Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Organization Skills : Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Flexibility : Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and work flexible hours as required.

Salary - Upto 4.4 CTC
