Executive - Business Development - B2B Sales (1-3 yrs)
Glimpses and memories is looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executives to help us expand partnerships, premier customers and event participation. We have a rapidly expanding service providers and customer base.
You will be the face of the company and will have the ability to create and apply an effective sales and community engagement strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with partners and clients. We are seeking top experienced business development professionals ready to earn significant commissions in addition to great base pay.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on sales revenue and partner satisfaction
- Arrange business meetings with prospective sponsors and partners
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Engagement community members to participate in upcoming events.
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing members and partners
- Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Experience as a business developer, sales executive or a relevant role in a B2B sales environment is a big plus
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software
- Proficiency in English, Kannada, Hindi
- Market knowledge
- Experience in marketing products or services
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
- In addition to base compensation, significant sales incentives are available.
