Our Client is a tech enabled service provider catering the aviation industry by solving critical issues faced by the Pilots, Airlines, and the Flight schools.

The Client is evolving the way pilots enter the aviation world by helping them with licenses needs, and how they navigate the Sky. We are also building a SaaS platform for the Flights schools to monitor their students, instructors and their aircrafts with multiple analytical reports on their performance which in turn enhances their productivity. We are combining a delightful product experience, data-driven decisions, a sophisticated platform, and world-class operations to solve huge industry level problems.

The Job

Your Responsibilities will include :

- Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities.

- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.

- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.

- Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.

- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.

- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

- You have at least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales role, ideally within the Aviation industry.

- Freshers can Apply

- Experience within Startup Experience would be a strong advantage.

- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.

- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
