Executive - Business Development - Aviation (0-3 yrs)

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Conduct primary and secondary research to develop profiles of potential partners

- Employ processes to develop market intelligence around our focus TG

- Support the core team to establish a scalable BD process

- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business/partnership opportunities

- Building business relationships with current and potential partners

- Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts

- Developing customized and targeted business development strategies

- Create engaging content to attract potential partners in partnership with Marketing team

- Creating informative presentations; Presenting and delivering information to potential partners at meetings and conferences

- Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective partner information

- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential partner

- Understanding partner needs and offering solutions and support

- Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.

- Collaborating with management on business goals, planning, and forecasting.

Requirements & Qualifications :

- The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (fluency in both English and Hindi)

- 0-2 year of work experience

- Graduation in any specialization

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers

- Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client

- Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

- Self-motivated and willing to learn. Interest in sports & fitness is a bonus.

- Ready to work in a dynamic, start-up environment.
