Job Description : Business Development Executive (Advertising Agency)

Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our advertising agency. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities :

Identify and Target Prospective Clients : Research and identify potential clients within the target market, including brands, businesses, and organizations that could benefit from our advertising services.

Build Relationships : Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and potential clients. Understand their needs, challenges, and objectives to effectively present our solutions.

Sales and Lead Generation : Actively generate leads, make cold calls, conduct prospect meetings, and deliver compelling sales presentations. Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.

Customized Solutions : Collaborate with the creative and account management teams to develop customized advertising solutions that align with client needs and objectives.

Client Engagement : Maintain regular communication with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.

Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive analysis. Use this knowledge to position our agency as a market leader and offer innovative solutions.

Achieve Sales Targets : Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Continuously track and report progress to the management team.

Networking : Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to build a strong network within the advertising and marketing industry.

Qualifications :

Experience : Proven track record in business development and sales within the advertising or related industry. Previous experience in an advertising agency is a strong advantage.

Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of advertising services, digital marketing, branding, creative campaigns, and related industry trends.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

Relationship Building : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.

Results-Oriented : Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently to achieve sales goals.

Adaptability : Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to adapt to changing client needs and industry trends.

Problem Solving : Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
