Urgent opening for Business Development Executive/Female(Only).

Loaction : Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad.

Experience- -1-2 year Minimum Years in Sale of digital space or time.

Salary- - Rs. 15,000-25,000- + Incentive+Conveince charges.( 100% of Salary )

Working Days- 5 Days.

Preference- - Preference to the candidate who has worked for industry where client was Real Estate

Marketing Team or Advertising Industry.

Roles and Responsibility:

The candidate will be responsible to approach new clients from specified Industry like Real Estate, Education, Health, Retail, Brands / Corporate, Automobile, etc. This role will be full time and will involve travel in City. The job role will require skill to convince clients to seal the deal, coordinate between client and support team for execution of work order, payment realisation from the client, maintaining relationship with Client personnel for representative business. Also, we are looking at him/her to manage interns, develop team in future for expansion in the city.

1. Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, taking appointments and pipelining visits on daily basis.

2. Identifying new sales leads and turn this into increased business.

3. Solely responsible for developing business in the territory assigned.

4. Plan persuasive approaches by pitching products and/or services that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.

5. Maintaining fruitful relationships with clients once converted so that recurring business is set.

6. Developing robust pipeline of new business/opportunities coming to the company.

7. Set up and attend meetings with decision makers/ company's leader.

8. Co-ordinate with technical support Team from Kolkata HO for any extended support services for the clients.

9. Target and identify distribution channels and relevant industries like Real Estate/

Health/Education/ Start ups/ Associations/Automobile/Retail/Brands/Corporates which is key clients for our industry.

10. Drafting proposals and sending Minutes of the meetings to clients.

11. Preparing Power Point Presentation for brands as and when required.

12. Updating CRM on daily basis. Ensure the data is entered accurately for Management proper review.

13. Updating DSR ( Daily Sales Report ) to your assigned reporting authority.

14. Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person

15. Co-ordination with accounts Department from Kolkata HO for billing/payment purposes.

16. To train, develop,guide an Intern who would assist you on completion of your 6 months journey with Onex Solutions.

When it comes to generating leads, day-to-day duties typically include:

- Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets

- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing

- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

Desired Soft skill:
