Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive (BDE) plays a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our company. The BDE is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This position involves strategic planning, market analysis, and effective communication to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition : Identify and prospect potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.

Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction.

Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.

Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.

Client Presentations : Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients and stakeholders.

Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and successfully close business deals.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with various teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless client experiences.

Sales Reporting : Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Industry Knowledge : Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Travel: Be willing to travel as required for client meetings or industry events.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.

- Proven track record in business development or sales.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
