Job Requirements :
- A bachelor's or associate degree in Marketing, Science or IT/Computer Science.
- 2 - 6 years' experience in an IT sales environment/BPO industry. Should have worked in night shift or until mid-night shift. No Day Shift Candidates.
- Night Shift Experience is a must. Exceptions based on only case to case basis on Center Head Approval.
- Should be proficient in English. Speaking and Writing.
- Willing to do 120 calls a day. Cold calling is a must as part of this job profile.
- Should be well versed on LinkedIn. Should have a valid LinkedIn profile with at least 100+ connections.
- Should have prior experience using one CRM system and should be able to explain the process flow.
- Should have done enough research about Photon offerings and should be able to explain during interview process. This will be a minimum benchmark.
- Identify/Assessing potential clients and fix meetings according to our key services areas.
- Highly motivated and ability to achieve the targets/expectations set by the organization.
- Candidate should be open to work from Chennai/Bangalore office.
