Job Overview :

As an BDE at Intellisolvers, you will play a critical role in attracting top talent. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Identifying Leads : Actively seeking out potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other means.

2. Client Relationship Management : Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

3. Market Research : Conducting market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for expansion.

4. Proposal Development : Creating compelling proposals and presentations to pitch consultancy services to prospective clients.

5. Negotiation : Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

6. Collaboration : Working closely with internal teams such as consultants, marketing, and finance to deliver high-quality solutions to clients

Pay : 15,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
