Executive - Business Development (2-3 yrs)

1. Make cold calls for new business leads.

2. Identifying new customer and generating sales

3. Create, plan & make the sale meetings virtual/Direct customer visits.

4. Understand customer needs and requirements.

5. Developing a strong network of industry and government contacts

6. Negotiation, follow-ups, and closure of the deal to get business.

7. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering and understanding customer needs.

8. Managing Sales cycle from prospecting, offering, negotiating and closing Sales contracts, to ensuring the continued satisfaction of new and existing customers

9. Provide timely and accurate monthly reports to effectively measure progress against agreed plans.

10. Sending Follow up mails/ greetings to clients.

Job Requirement :

1. Graduate in and discipline or Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree

2. Candidate Must have experience in marketing for products / projects to Government sector smart city / ITMS / Traffic Signs or signalling

3. Well versed with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

4. Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

5. Ability to travel domestically and / or internationally, as and when required

6. Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skill.
