What will you do ?

1 Active tele calling / meetings on per daily basis

2 Responsible for achieving respective budgets assigned

3 Sales consultation & meeting with prospect clients for conversions

4 Client database expansion and management

5 Customer relationship management

6 Strong collaboration with operations & project team for accomplishment of any hurdles

Skills And Attributes For Success :

- A proven track record of creation, closure & execution of sales leads.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills

- Proactive, an organised self-starter

- Exceptional negotiating skills

- Strong relationship building skills and ability to interact with external vendors & clients

- Ability to manage or direct multiple projects

What We Look ForTo qualify for the role you must have

- Bachelors in business management

- Master's degree preferred

- 2-3 years real estate / IOT / Interior design experience required.

Ideally, you'll also have :

- Ability to see the bigger picture and propose alternate solutions as required

- Must be able to make sound judgments after collecting and analysing multiple sources of information

- Good attention to detail

- Critical thinker with an ability to evaluate a situation or a problem with a careful and clear thought process

- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
