Executive - Business Development (1-2 yrs)
Role and Responsibilities :
- Identify and connect with potential clients to establish new business relationships.
- Generate leads through online platforms such as IndiaMart, LinkedIn, and other lead - generation tools.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and target customer needs to stay updated and relevant.
- Assist in creating and delivering effective sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop new strategies and campaigns for client engagement.
- Track sales metrics and maintain accurate records in CRM software.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience : Minimum of 1 year in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.
Technical Skills :
- Familiarity with lead-generation platforms, particularly IndiaMart.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
