Executive - Business Development (0-5 yrs)
- Make outbound calls to international customers and clients to promote products or services
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers through effective communication
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding products and services
- Handle objections and offer suitable solutions to customers'/clients' needs
- Follow up on customer/client inquiries and ensure timely responses
- Achieve set targets and maintain a high level of productivity
- Maintain and update customer/client databases with accurate information
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written English language skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with individuals from different cultural backgrounds
- Ability to handle objections and provide effective solutions
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
- A positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment
- Willingness to work in Morning Shift ( 5 am to 1 pm)
