a. Knowledge about computers - MS Word/Excel/PPT

c. Social media Savvy and good knowledge of operating face-book / linked-in / insta-gram /twitter

4. Marketing Skill -

a. Must be good at numbers and data assimilation

b. Must be ready with field activity and research

c. Must ready for travel within and out station

d. Sense of knowledge on urgency of marketing activity in timely manner

e. Understanding of creative colour - look and feel and advertisement wording to communicate customers are per business requirement

5. Job description - KRA factors

a. Co-ordinate with senior management and plan marketing calendar, budget and execution plan

b. Execute marketing in timely manner

c. Co-ordinate vendors for quote/job completion/delivery and invoice

d. Co-ordinate finance for vendor pay-outs

e. Generating vendor PO for marketing

f. Keep tab on expense for each locations

g. Co-ordinate with creative team and get creative out on timely manner

h. Explain the creative requirement to creative team and get the creative ready as per business requirement

i. Co-ordinate and create relationship with marketing support vendors (Swiggy, food panda, zomato, uber eats, paytm etc) for business support and requirements

j. Actively supports business unit in solving their query or supporting marketing requirement to grow the sales.

k. Co-ordinate marketing related business growth initiatives with third party vendors.
