Executive - B2B Sales - Recruitment Firm (2-3 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Promote FastGig's products and services to potential customers.

- Identify and actively seek out sales opportunities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand their business needs and align company solutions accordingly.

- Possess in-depth knowledge of the services offered, and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

- Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions, overcome objections, and successfully close sales deals. Achieve or exceed sales targets.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.

- Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, accurately tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools.

Key Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales with a track record of consistently achieving targets.

- Knowledge in the HR recruitment industry will be an added advantage.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Team player and works well in a collaborative environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytic.

- Relish the challenge of working in a fast pace startup.

- Fluent in English & Hindi.

Age : Between 25 to 30.
