Our client is a leading organization in the recruitment industry, providing top-notch solutions in talent acquisition and HR management.

The Job

As a Sales Executive, your main responsibilities will include:

- Driving revenue in the respective zones from the SMB segment by leveraging multiple product offerings.

- Growing the partner/distribution network and expanding into under-tapped territories for the SMB Business.

- Achieving sales targets in terms of revenues and volumes set for the area.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet business requirements.

- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with current and prospective partners.

- Promoting the Zyoin brand within the channel community through strategic marketing activities and programs.

- Forecasting, measuring, and reporting the results of various campaigns in the given zone.

- Working flexibly for six days a week.

Ideal Candidate

- To be considered for this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in B2B sales and field sales in any industry in Bangalore.

- Minimum 6 months of experience in B2B sales and field sales in advertising space sales in ad-tech or media industry in Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore.

- Good knowledge of digital marketing.

- Experience in ad space sales is an added advantage.

- To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
