Our client was started by Two Well Educated Homemakers who can make pickles in such a way that, each bite of rice you take with their pickles will feast your taste buds. Their more of a tradition than business for last 33 years. They feel that everyone should taste their pickles at least once to tell this is true. They are backed by a couple of grannies, who fed few hundred families in their decades of homemade pickling experience. Their pickles are 100% home-made with fresh and best quality ingredients which are all sourced from nature. They make each pickle in a way that, they are making it for their own family consumption. Best quality oils are used in their pickles they give the best taste that you experience by eating their pickles.

The Job :

You will be responsible for :

- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.

- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.

- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.

- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.

- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.

- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.

- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.

- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.

- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.

- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.

- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.

- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

Ideal Candidate :

- You have at least 1 year experience within a Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) role, ideally within the Retail industry.

- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales.

- Experience within Area Sales would be a strong advantage.

- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams

- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments

- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
