Executive - B2B Sales - Education (1-2 yrs)
Prime Responsibilities :
- Seek out new opportunities through calling warm leads, emails and leading job portals.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential recruiters on LinkedIn.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of AlmaBetter's products and services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with recruiters.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing leaders to brainstorm and develop effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to delegate tasks, provide constructive feedback, and inspire team members to reach their full potential.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills and professional negotiation.
- Strong understanding of email and LinkedIn communication.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets and CRM systems, preferably Leadsquared.
