The Job
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assisting users with order status, available products, service details, and more via voice calls.
- Managing queries on the floor.
- Resolving customer complaints promptly.
- Adhering strictly to guidelines while managing daily tasks.
- Contributing to customer surveys, segmentation, and feedback processes for process and product improvement.
- Achieving sales targets by visiting customers and closing leads.
- Handling cold calls, leads, and showroom inquiries effectively.
Ideal Candidate
- Fluent in Spoken English to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.

- HSC/Graduate in any stream.
- Compulsory driving license.
