Executive/Assistant Manager - Sales - Travel & Tourism (1-3 yrs)
Job Summary :
The purpose of the role is to achieve sales of the assigned 2nd home/vacation home/holiday home project. This is an individual contributor role.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Identifies the customer's needs in detail and suggests the best option available from the project inventory
- Showcases the entire project to the customer
- Provides appropriate information on the features of the projects and infrastructural developments available in the location.
- Follows up with the customer after the site visit is done to understand the customer's interest
- Takes updates from the customer on payment dues
- Updates the customer regularly on the developments happening on their site.
- Prepare and send their productivity report daily
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
- Open for candidates from Hospitality/Retail/Travel & Tourism/BFSI any other service industry background with 1 - 3 years of work experience in Business to Business or Business to Customer roles
- Strong influencing abilities.
- Customer service-oriented with a zeal to achieve
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
